Favourite bronzer for summer?

I won't lie, I don't wear bronzer or foundation etc. in the summer at all! So, I can't really answer that, I'm afraid..

You're relaxing in a hammock, on a tropical island, what are you sipping on?

Probably Pink Lemonade, which is the tastiest thing ever, and it's pink! Can't really go wrong!

Favourite summer lip product?

As I mentioned already, I really haven't been wearing much makeup this summer, but I'd have to say my (as childish as this sounds..) Vanilla Coke Lipsmacker! Seriously you haven't lived if your haven't tried it!

Pool or Beach?

As it's so hot in Ireland right now (I mean like 27.5 degrees celcius!), I'd have to say beach! I do love the pool, but you can go there all year 'round and the beach is just so, so summery and amazing!

Summer = CRAZY hair! What is your must have styling product?

I am using Shockwaves Shine & Anti Frizz Serum at the moment. I just apply it to the very ends of my hair and it works very well.

Sunbathing or Fake Tan?

I do like to lie out in the sun and I have quite sallow skin already, so I don't think fake tan suits me and all the ones I have tried turn me into an oompa loompa for some reason.

Favourite Summer Nail Polish?

I like CIRCUIT by LA COLORS.

Any Summer Traditions?

Not really, other than go to the beach, haha!

Favourite Summer Scent?

I love, love, love So...? Sinful! It's so fruity and fresh!

Favourite BBQ Food?

Gotta' go for the Ribs.. Mmmm..

What's your favourite summer-proof makeup?

My favourite summer makeup is no makeup. I don't think it's worth it and it's good for your skin to soak in the vitamin D anyways :)

Any Summer Vacation Plans this year? No Plans? What's your dream summer vacation?

Nah, not going anywhere this year, but I really, really, really want to go to Costa Rica.

June Favourites!

So, this will be my first blog post and I am super excited to publish it! I'm a little bit late with this one, but hopefully you'll forgive me since I just started this blog! But anyway, here are my June Favourites!

First is my new favourite hairspray, which is really odd for me since I've been using L'oreal Elnett Satin for ages; but I ran out and wanted to try something new. This is Alberto V05 Extra Hold Weather Resistant Hairspray. The scent on this hairspray is a lot more subtle than Elnett and it really does keep your hair frizz free and practically rain repellent. V05 claims that it's the UK's No.1 Styling Brand and I am hoping to try more of their hair products in the future! http://personal-products.co.uk/vo5-hairspray-extra-hold-275ml


Next, I have my Dr.Spot Spot Fighting Gel by Soap & Glory. Now, I tried this in the past and I wasn't too pleased with it for some reason! I didn't really like the texture or the result of using this. But recently I decided to give it another whirl. And I don't know why I hated it! It has definitely, with gradual use, cleared up a lot of spots! I have oily, acne-prone skin and this may be the best thing I've found to kill spots so far. The next thing I've been loving is my Simple Kind To Skin purifying cleansing lotion. I heart this so much! It soaks into your skin so nicely and kind of locks in a little moisture aswell, without breaking me out! Now, I just had to talk about my Vaseline Lip Balm! This stuff is amazing! It is Vaseline Lip Therapy with Rose and Almond Oil and it's in Rosy Lips. I think you can get Aloe Vera or just the classic Vaseline one aswell, but I'm pretty sure that Rosy Lips is the only one that also gives you a slight tint aswell as being very moisturizing!http://www.boots.ie/en/Vaseline-Lip-Therapy-Rosy-Lips-20g_984802/

And, as I have a dangerous addiction to nail polish, I have two favourites to show you. The first one is the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint in Greenberry! This formula is so amazing! It's almost a gel kind of a texture - it's very thick and you could get away with no topcoat, as it is so glossy! They have a gorgeous selection of colours in the Gelly collection (I also love Papaya) but Greenberry is probably my favourite, as It's such a beautiful bright summery turquoise! Although, in Ireland, it costs like €6-€8 which I think is a little pricey..http://www.barrym.com/products/nails/effects/gelly-nail-effects.html

My other favourite nail polish (I actually wear it with Greenberry alot) is by essence. It's part of their Colour & Go collection. It is in shade 109 - Off To Miami. It's such a cute, girly summer colour and it's also very cheap at around €2.
